Work description and role:

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Identify and attract top-performing professionals to fill job openings by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Develop and recommend recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
• Work with different department managers to determine staffing needs, along with minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Review applications to identify and arrange interviews with the most promising candidates.
• Update and track the recruitment data of the Company.
• Prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference and background checks.
• Attend career fairs and networking events.
• Develop and measure the success of recruitment procedures.
